Extra points will be awarded to handcrafted costumes during judging, so bring your best work and impress our panel of expert judges!

Riiyuukii

Veteran Cosplayer

With over 12 years of cosplay experience, Riiyuukii has captivated fans through her diverse craftsmanship, from foamwork and sewing to cutting-edge 3D printing. Her dedication and artistry have earned her recognition on both local and international stages, including being a finalist in the DOTA 2 Cosplay Competition and guesting at multiple conventions both local and overseas.

Shirogane Sama

International Judge

Shirogane-Sama has been cosplaying for over 10 years and brings extensive experience across many aspects of the craft, including make-up, wig styling, posing, performing, judging international contests (such as World Cosplay Summit, WCS), and organizing local cosplay events. With a deep appreciation for creativity and artistic expression, Shirogane-Sama encourages others to find inspiration and pursue their passion with love.

Kiyo

Professional Cosplayer

Kiyo is a full-time cosplayer that is no stranger to the local cosplay scene with over a decade of experience under her belt. Mostly known for her cosplays from popular video games such as Street Fighter 6, Marvel Rivals, TEKKEN 8 and many more, she has been capturing hearts with her fiery passion, bubbly personality and uniquely comedic aura. She hopes to spread joy to people with her cosplays all around the world!

  1. 1 Ticket Requirement

    The Cosplay Competition is only open to SGCC ticket holders. You must have a valid SGCC 2026 ticket in order to participate.

  2. 2 Open to All Skill Levels

    Open to cosplayers of all levels of experience. Extra points will be awarded to handcrafted costumes.

  3. 3 Registration Required

    You must be a registered Singapore Comic Con attendee in order to compete.

  4. 4 Character Eligibility

    Entries must represent a character or element from the pop culture realm, including comic books, movies & television, video games, anime & manga, or fantasy.

  5. 5 Judging Criteria

    Contestants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  6. 6 Entry Process

    Each entrant will submit an application to be reviewed by the SGCC organizing committee. Entrants may only enter one costume into the competition. Shortlisted contestants will be contacted by the SGCC organizing committee and advance to the competition stage.

  7. 7 Media Consent

    All cosplay events/panels have the potential to be photographed/filmed/recorded in some fashion. These recordings may be used in future galleries or promotions. Signing up for, and/or attending, any cosplay event is done with the understanding that recording could occur at any time, and permission is tacitly given for the participant's likeness to be used.
